U.S. Imaging takes all your paper files converts them to PDF documents, OCR or TIFF and transfers your files to CD. What does this mean for your business? Our process helps streamline your office because we can store up to 20-25,000 pages of your files on a single CD. Because your files are saved in a PDF format, those files are safe and cannot be altered by anyone.

We start by removing staples and paper clips from your files to prepare them for imaging on our high-speed scanners.

Using our specialized software we convert your paper files to PDF and then to CD. All your CD’s are indexed with a naming system exactly like your current filing system, so there is nothing new to learn and your existing way of naming your files remains intact.

Your CDs also feature a search field to make it easy for you to locate files quickly.

Your business receives two copies of your files on CD. U.S. Imaging also retains a copy of your files just in case a catastrophe such as a fire, hurricane or tornado would strike your business. Should you lose your files because of a catastrophe, you simply call us and we provide you with new discs to keep your business up and running.

And there’s more: We also help rid your office of the glut of paper. As part of our fee, U.S. Imaging holds your paper files for 60 days following conversion to CD. Following the 60-day holding period, we have your paper files securely shredded.
